We bring you the best quality and widest variety of fresh and frozen
seafood available on the Internet today. We deliver seafood you could
once only get in the world’s best restaurants directly to your door.
Fresh
and Frozen:

We
ship fresh and frozen seafood in styrofoam containers with
plenty of gel ice packs (fresh) and dry ice (frozen) by
Standard Overnight FedEx. Our shipping days are Tuesdays and
Thursdays (and other days by special request). Your seafood
will be delivered by 4 pm the day after it is shipped. You
must order by 10AM (Eastcoast time) to have your fish shipped
that day.

Live
Lobster:

Our
live lobster is always shipped overnight by UPS (Monday
through Thursday), and the prices for these items include the
delivery price. Since our lobsters are shipped from our
lobster specialists. Live lobster orders will arrive
separately from other items you may order from our Seafood
on-line store.

Saturday
Delivery:
|
|
Saturday
delivery of seafood is available for a higher charge. If you
require Saturday delivery, please call us toll free at
252-473-2323 or e-mail us and we will make every effort to
accommodate your needs.

Shipping
Confirmation:

If
you would like to receive your tracking number so you can
follow your package, please contact us by email
or phone (see below). Delivery drivers are instructed to leave
your package even if you are not at home, unless they
determine it to be an unsafe area.

It
is best to allow at least 24 hours for your frozen seafood to
thaw slowly under refrigeration before you plan to enjoy it.
If you plan to use your seafood within 48 hours of delivery,
we suggest putting it directly in your refrigerator.
